We delivered a high-impact live shoot video for Normet India, a leading innovative technology company shaping the future of underground operations in mining, tunnelling, and civil engineering. The concept was centered around the theme of culture, highlighting the importance of embedding core values into everyday actions and fostering a strong workplace environment across the organization. The project involved concept development, scripting, and production planning, followed by a multi-location live shoot conducted at Normet India’s corporate office and manufacturing facility. Through authentic employee interactions, workplace moments, and leadership perspectives, the video showcased how culture drives collaboration, innovation, and business success. The final film was enhanced with professional editing, motion graphics, music, and seamless storytelling to create an engaging and inspiring narrative that reflected Normet’s people-first culture and organizational vision.​
